About This

  • Standard seed plate kit includes 7 (seven) seed interchangeable seed plates for the EarthWay 10001 Garden Seeder. This set can plant a minimum of 18 different seeds with the ability to do much more.
  • Sweet corn plate can handle large corn types as well as most varieties of sweet corn. This plate plants seeds every 7.2 inches and can handle seed sizes around .375 inches.
  • The Radish and Carrot plates can plant most of your fine seeds such as leek, asparagus, lettuce, endive, cabbage, and tomatoes. The Radish plate has seed spacing around .175 inches and the Carrot has seed spacing around .125 inches.
  • All types of beans and peas are covered with our Bean and Pea plates. The Beans plate plants seeds every 3.6 inches while the Peas plate plants them every 3 inches apart.
  • Lastly is our Beet plate with 3.6 inch seed spacing this plate was made to handle medium sized seeds such as okra, Swiss Chard and more.
