About This

  • Beautiful - Large premium packet of Romanesco Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) seeds. The spiky heads of Romanesco broccoli grow in an unusual fractal formation. This Italian heirloom produces 5-6" heads with a mild, nutty flavor similar to cauliflower. Minimum of 750mg per packet (about 275 seeds).
  • Productive - Romanesco Broccoli germinates in 8-10 days when soil temps are 60-75°F. Plant 1/4” deep and space 24” apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow 24-36” tall with a spread of 16-18”. Heads will mature in 75-85 days, plant in USDA zones 3-10.
  • Good Eats - This unique variety has a mild, nutty flavor similar to cauliflower and is delicious eaten in a variety of ways: raw, steamed, roasted, etc.
