About This

  • Beautiful - Full color seed packet of Sensitive Plant (Mimosa pudica). Known by many names including shameplant, shy plant, humble plant, or touch-me-not, this special plant folds up its leaves when disturbed and will reopen a few minutes later. Can be grown indoors as a potted plant. Minimum of 1g per packet (about 170 seeds).
  • Productive - Sensitive Plant germinates in 21-28 days when soil temps are 65-75°F. Plant 1/8” deep and space 12” apart in an area with full sun or partial shade. This variety will grow up to 3’ tall with a spread of 12-16”. Sensitive Plant will mature in 120-140 days, plant in USDA zones 7-13.
  • Pollinator Friendly - Butterflies and bees love Sensitive Plant and will pay your garden many visits. Great way to support your local pollinators. Plant wildflower style or in carefully arranged beds.
